Available jobs:Web Developer (Front-End/PHP)
We are looking for Web Developers that are passionate about Social Media and the Internet in general, and that want to help us to further expand our product offering. You will be working both on the frontend web application and/or on our backend cloud infrastructure.What are we looking for?
- Have excellent understanding of, and proven skill with programming for the web; experience with both server side technologies (a.o. PHP, MySQL, memcached) and front-end technologies (HTML5, Javascript) are a plus
- Want to be challenged by new technologies (RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, Redis), learn fast and think creatively about solutions for our high performance demands
- Write elegant, readable and well-documented code, using the right OOP and design principles where needed
- Basic familiarity with server set-up and maintenance and interest in optimizing all parts of a web app is a plus
- Have a strong interest in product design and know what makes a web app work, accessible and easy to use
- Have an entrepreneurial attitude that gets high-quality projects done quickly
- Degree in computer science or equivalent experience preferred.

Customer Relations & Support
As a young startup we want to excel in all our customer relations related activities. You will report to our Director of Business Development and will support a number of activities related to both Customer Support and Sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Respond to emails and take live calls from our current and future customers, ranging from simple usage questions to unique circumstances that come up with a specific crisis
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and consistent manner
- Manage time and productivity to meet daily individual and team ticket targets
- Liaise with other departments (Sales, Product & Engineering, Marketing) to address any cross-departmental issues impacting the customer
- You will schedule online demos with existing or potential customers and organize webinars
- You will setup meetings with sales prospects
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in Sales and optionally in customer support
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
