Account Executive EU
Engagor is looking for an Account Executive to join our highly successful Sales Team at our HQ in the beautiful and historical city of Ghent, Belgium.
Engagor Account Executives are responsible for successfully selling the Engagor value proposition to inbound leads. Target clients mainly consist of medium and large-sized businesses. Our inbound marketing team generates highly qualified leads for our sales reps, so no cold calling is needed.
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Developing and managing relationships with prospective Engagor clients
- Become an expert in social media marketing and customer engagement
- Demo our product and convert prospects that are on a free trial
- Manage complex sales-cycles and present the value of the Engagor product suite to C-level executives
- Serve as a brand enthusiast for Engagor’s suite of products and solutions
- Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads at medium and large-sized companies
- Attending local and regional networking and tradeshow events
- Work together with marketing and technology departments to optimize the sales strategy when launching product updates
- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

- 2-5+ years of experience selling web technologies (preferably in related to CRM, saas, cloud services, marketing automation, social media)

Web Developer (Front-End/PHP) (March 2013)
We are looking for Web Developers that are passionate about Social Media and the Internet in general, and that want to help us to further expand our product offering. You will be working both on the frontend web application and/or on our backend cloud infrastructure.
What are we looking for?
- Have excellent understanding of, and proven skill with programming for the web; experience with both server side technologies (a.o. PHP, MySQL, memcached) and front-end technologies (HTML5, Javascript) are a plus
- Want to be challenged by new technologies (RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, Redis, Node.js), learn fast and think creatively about solutions for our high performance demands
- Write elegant, readable and well-documented code, using the right OOP and design principles where needed
- Basic familiarity with server set-up and maintenance and interest in optimizing all parts of a web app is a plus
- Have a strong interest in product design and know what makes a web app work, accessible and easy to use
- Have an entrepreneurial attitude that gets high-quality projects done quickly
- Degree in computer science or equivalent experience preferred.
