Assign mentions to your coworkers (thus creating 'tasks'), to create efficient teamwork.

Structure your Inbox with tags

Tag your mentions to add some structure and easily filter on them later on. Tags can be added manually or automatically, based on a certain filter.

History of actions

Whatever action you or your colleagues perform on a mention, is kept track of in that mention's history. Sentiment changed, assigned to a coworker or replied: it’s all there. You can also add notes to make sure each mention is handled correctly.

Mark mentions as read

Tick of each mention you have read or handled. This way your Unread Inbox only contains messages that still have to be taken care of.

Measure your team performance

We offer analytics on how your team is working with the Engagor Inbox. All the users' actions (replying, assigning, adding tags, etc.), are being tracked and we also show you how much time each user spends working in Engagor every day.

Social CRM

In the built-in Social CRM you can add notes to user profiles, check the recent conversations and other interesting information like Twitter bio, telephone number of customer number.

User Roles

By default, we offer 5 different user roles, all varying in permissions. On top, you can also create custom user roles that fit the needs of your team. Basically these permissions define who can see and do what.

Account History

Working with a large team, isn't always easy. The Account History allows you to check all the big changes that are being made in your account.

Real-time team updates

Whenever an Engagor user is performing an action on a mention (replying, tagging, etc.), this is displayed real-time.
