The Engagor Dashboard gives you a quick look at everything that's new for you. The customizable dashboard shows you the amount of new social mentions, news articles, forum and blog posts as well as new tasks assigned to you by coworkers.

Inbox
Inbox
Your inbox contains all mentions that we find accross the web and on your connected profiles. Easily track which mentions are handled and which mentions need more work.

To make sure you never lose context, you can easily track and view the conversation (replies, comments) around and the popularity (retweets, likes) of any mention.
Engage with your audience
Reply, retweet and like from within Engagor with your connected social accounts (Twitter, Facebook user, Facebook Page, Linkedin a.o.).

Insights
Top Conversations
Individual posts are analyzed and grouped into meaningful and manageable conversation topics. By summarizing individual articles into larger chunks of information, Engagor enables you to focus on engaging in the conversation rather than on sifting through an information overload. Font size represents the relative importance of one topic versus others.
Trending Topics
Engagor clusters topics into tag clouds, illustrating on the fly what your brand is associated with, what consumers care about, talk about.
Demographics
The conversation will be local, the impact might be global. Wherever consumers or customers have access to your products, they might share their feedback. Engagor allows you to filter information according to date, language, country and source; or any combination of these.
Influencers
Influencers is all about people, Engagor provides an overview of Twitterati discussing your brand, with essential statistics as number of mentions, retweets and top posters. See who is posting a lot (brand lover) or find who is influential (often retweeded regarding your brand).
Websites
"Websites" is about the sites where conversations are held, key data include tag clouds from social bookmarking-sites, traffic data and number of mentions your brand generates.
Photos & Videos
"An image is worth a thousand words". Engagor analyzes verbal and visual references to your searches. In the photo & video-sections, we focus on visuals, recently referred to in relation to your profile. We do so by analyzing the major video- and or picture-sharing sites, scanning Twitter and Facebook, auto-expanding short url's and much more.
Get detailed statistics on your reach, top posts, influencers and a lot more for Twitter in general and for your connected Twitter accounts.
We track hundreds of metrics related to your Facebook Pages and Facebook in general. Easily compare the performance of your pages.
Foursquare
Stay up to date of new checkins or photos at Foursquare venues, be notified of tips people leave, easily compare the popularity of venues and see which users engage the most with the venues.
Instagr.am
Full support for monitoring photos, comments and likes of the hip photo sharing service Instagr.am. We offer graphs showing the evolution of followers and interactions of Instagr.am profiles, allow you to compare the performance and identify popular photos and Instagr.am users.
If you add a LinkedIn Group to a topic, you can access separate statistics about this group in Insights and group posts, comments and likes will be monitored by Engagor.
Events
Engagor monitors unexpected increases in mentions on the local level for you. For any combination of source, language and country, Engagor continously monitors the expected number of daily mentions. In case we notice an unexpected increase, this will be flagged here. Additionally the daily events are also available in the daily reports.
Sentiment
Monitor how your brand or your competitors are perceived online. Automated sentiment analysis is currently only available for English and Dutch.
Explore
Need to dive in deeper? No worries, in the Explore tab, you find the full overview of all mentions Engagor tracked. Use the filters to focus on a certain period, source or keyword; or browse the mentions one by one. Clicking on a mention will navigate you to the original platform where Engagor picked up a certain mention.
Timeline
Want to know what day and/or what time people talk most about you? Then have a look at the timeline metrics where you can see what day/time is best for pushing out communication.

Use the query builder with graphical representation to optimize and fine tune your search-profile to the relevant information, and filter out the noise.
Global Data Coverage
Engagor gathers it's data from news sites, blogs, major social networks like Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Foursquare, ... We are continuously adding new data sources to even further expand our coverage.
Connect your Profiles
Connect your Facebook Pages, LinkedIn Groups, Foursquare Venues, Twitter and Google+ accounts to fully manage them from within Engagor. Additionally, you can closely monitor profiles of your competitors to see how good or bad they are doing compared to you.
Multilingual
Engagor is a true polyglot capable of handling more than 50 languages. Language detection can be used for searching or for setting up your topics.

Every filtered topic has it's own RSS feed that you can use within your favourite RSS Reader. Want to receive realtime notifications on your iPhone? Then head over to boxcar.io, signup for an account and add the Engagor RSS Feeds.
What did we forget?
Profiles
Anywhere in Engagor you can see the profile of the author associated with a certain mention. We have profiles for Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare and websites.
Filter Anywhere
On any page you can fully filter the dataset any way you want. For example: focus on a specific region, filter for a certain campaign, only show mentions from influencers, ...
Mentions Dialog
Anywhere within Engagor you can further drill down to see in detail what mentions for example cover a video, a trending topic, negative sentiment, ...
User Roles
You can limit user access and define who has which permissions (view statistics, edit mentions, interact and manage your topics/users) and who can see which projects and topics.
Translations
Sometimes people are talking about your brand in a language you do not understand. Don't despair, we've got you covered by providing automated translations that should at least give you an idea of what people are talking about.
Article Preview
Instead of going to the website to read the full article, you can now see a preview of the article instead directly from within Engagor.
Full-screen View
Simply press F, on any page, to go to a beautiful full-screen view that shows only your statistics. (Press H to have a look at the other available keyboard shortcuts.)
Saved Searches
Do you often filter your statistics or an inbox for certain filters relevant to your industry or for reporting? Save time by saving your filter configurations. Set up your desired filter, click "save search", give it a name, and the next time you can pick your advanced filter with a single click from a dropdown.
